This custom made tutu dress is perfect for an "under the sea" themed birthday party.

The top of the dress is a stretchy crochet tutu dress top and is covered in hand cut scales that provides full coverage in the front. The dress is embellished with a rhinestone embellished starfish and satin flowers. The skirt part of the dress is made With lots of tulle for a full and fun look.

This dress is turquoise, aqua, lavender and purple. You CAN request a different color scheme.

This dress will be created in a knee length style unless requested otherwise.
