I have multiple of these guides for sale. They came from someone who previously owned a store and order they sat in storage ever since they first ordered them. They're all in like new condition and it is very likely the majority of them have never even been opened! Being in this condition, of course, they all include the original stickers. Please keep in mind however, that these are more than 20 years old, so there may be some regular shelf wear and, while in excellent shape, may not be entirely free of tiny blemishes.
