Vintage Peter Max "Jr. Love-In" Inflatable Love Seat, 16"x32" inches, 1971, in Fine condition. Both scarce and functional, this item was produced by Mego Corporation, and manufactured in Taiwan. It is constructed of 12-gauge plastic. Its style is similar to Max's more well-known, and much more common "inflatable pillows." The artwork is beautifully rendered in its full psychedelic glory, colorfully happy in pink, orange, blue, black and white. The copyrighted Peter Max logo appears on many parts of the float, which is easy to inflate "with vacuum cleaner or pump," as the instructions read, or without a pump, provided you order have good lungs. Filled, the inflatable 12-gauge love seat measures approximately 32 x 16 x 10 inches. Pure fun! Original plastic packaging included; repair kit is missing.
