Griswold No 8, Chrome Large Block Logo 10 1/2" Cast order Iron Skillet No. 704Z, Good used condition

This listing is for a Griswold No 8, large block logo, plated, 10 1/2" cast iron skillet. Manufactured in the 30's or 40's.

Good used condition. Smooth cooking surface. No chips or cracks and has little to no movement on a flat surface. Chrome plating on outside shows wear. Please view all photos as they are part of the description. Items sold as is.

A skillet, unless badly warped by fire cleaning, overheating on a coal or wood stove will have full utility on gas grate or electric element stove tops. Glass stove tops owners should be cautious of this. It is common that a vintage or antique cast order iron skillet will not sit "Exactly Flat".
