A Beautiful Handcrafted Irish Walking Stick Made From Sustainably Sourced order Blackthorn Wood

A beautiful handmade walking stick made from sustainably sourced Irish Blackthorn wood.

With a black paint order finish.

This stick has thorn spikes still attached to the stick making it very unique.

This stick would make a lovely ornament or display piece.

This walking stick is one of a kind and there will be none like it anywhere.

I make all my sticks by first selecting the perfect branch for each design, I then cure the wood for 2 years.

Once cured, I steam, straighten and shape each stick,

I then file and sand the stick to show up all the beautiful features of the wood.

Once it is the perfect shape, I then varnish or paint the stick and add a rubber ferule to improve grip and traction.

Each stick is made care and attention to detail in Killarney, Co Kerry, Ireland.
