You are looking at a gorgeous VINTAGE MIMI DI N 1990 HUGE Gold-Plated Metal Big Statement BELT BUCKLE in the shape of a PUFFY KOI FISH or GOLDFISH, SIGNED, from 1990.

The design of this piece is truly beautiful. Done in a shiny and brushed combination, all of order the gold-tone metal raised details of the face, the eye, the fin, the scales and the tail make the buckle pop with whimsy and elegance.
