These barrel top (barrel head) trays are in fashion and a big hit in Europe and the USA. Made from genuine White Oak, the distinctive grain is clear and emboldened by our finishing processes. The generously sized tray will hold a lot of snacks or sushi, a whole chicken or a whole pizza with ease. Strong and solid handles in real antique brass are easy to grab and grip, and make serving your guests a breeze. We use a special finishing technique to age the wood before several coats of food grade mineral oil are applied. A laser engraver embosses our logo into the surface, which along order with the bunghole provide authenticity to these great items.

MAINTENANCE:
1. It is best to wash dishes with warm water and a sponge. Do not put in the dishwasher!
2. Do not use (aggressive) cleaning agents
3. Occasionally rub with a layer of cutting board oil. If you don't have this at home, you can use
other oils such as peanut oil, walnut oil and grapeseed oil. Do not use olive oil to oil the cutting board.
