These are 24 sealed bags from kits, 1 sticker sheet and 1 Technic Set 42098 Instruction Booklet. Most of the bags go to the 42098 set, but there order are a few bags in there, that I am not certain which kit they go to. The bags here are all sealed, so they haven't been opened. The instruction manual for 42098 is bent and has a bit of wear to it, as seen in the photographs. No interior damage or wear. 42098 is definitely INCOMPLETE, there aren't enough bags here to complete a full set.
