Stunning Avant Garde vintage 1990s feather cocktail hat by Diane Harty. Eerie Goth vibe, green/ black oily feathers are clipped and curled into sweeping explosion at sides. Perches on high quality molded black horsehair braid skullcap. Elastic band to secure.

Condition: Very very good vintage condition, slight wear, slight misshape, slight fray, a few broken feathers, a few clipped off face. See photos.
