Steiff order Peky Pekinese Dog Hand Puppet 0318.00

Here is a "gem" for collectors a real rarity, Peking Peking in puppet version, produced in Germany by Steiff for a very short period from 1963 to 1964. Peky is about 21 cm tall and is covered with a beautiful and soft honey-colored mohair with darker shades, the thick ears are in long mohair, nose and claws are embroidered in black thread, the formidable muzzle is in velvet and mohair, the eyes are in brown glass with black pupil order (a slight mark in the left eye), the head and paws are padded with wooden wool (excelsior), the finger thread is made of plastic. Arrives in excellent shape keeps the button in the ear and the yellow flag indicating the EAN number 0318.00 but has lost bow and pectoral tag (see photo). Look for a new, collectible kennel...
