Post Apocalyptic order "Cowrie Shell" Necklace & Fibula Drape- 4 strand

In a post apocalyptic world, once upon a time...

There were these beautiful things that once existed called "Cowrie shells". They were so highly valued, that they were used as currency. They were also symbols of fruitful women, and were worn by several tribes on the planet long ago.

Though in our imagined post apocalyptic world, the real cowrie shells have long been extinct, these are what what we imagine these would have looked like.

The necklace is made of metal bottle caps forged into "Cowrie" shells. The connective chain is handmade of iron wire and the neck strap is leather*.

Neck piece is made of leather order with metal D rings. This necklace can be worn two ways; as a regular 4 strand necklace, or as a Fibula* Drape.

The "cowries" are attached to a key chain style ring, so that it can also be worn as a Fibula drape.

*If you would prefer not to have leather, I can switch it out to a cloth neck strap, just let me know at the time of ordering , and I'll make it happen.
