Vintage Disney Mickey Mouse zip order up track jacket with flocked decal on front and back

Great vintage track jacket. Zips up front. I think it's polyester but not for sure. Zipper pulls have paint missing. Decal is flocked feels kind of furry. It is coming off in places needs to be reattached in places. Please see all pics. Yellow stripes going down both arms. Bought in Japan. Japanese tag on inside of jacket on the side.
