The wings are hand pierced and overlaid on the design.The natural Moonstone Heart is bezel set for comfort and durability and it measures 7. 5 mm. Very clean, beautiful glow. The ring is about 5/16 inch wide on top and the nice shank is 4.5 mm. This winged heart ring is made in a size 7 1/2.
