It is a scary old Victorian mansion house with a lot of details, spooky details : broken shutters and bats hanging, Jack O'Lantern It comes with the original Styrofoam and sleeve. The black spooky tree needs reattaching with super or gorilla glue. The flashing lights and noise piece ( works great) included but you'll need to get another ac order adapter to plug in to wall - I misplaced this one. They're not hard to find.
