Large End Grain Chopping Board - order American Oak

This lovely large end grain chopping board is made from American White Oak and in the classic "butcher block" style which is a great cutting surface and kind to your knives. It can also be a perfect serving platter for cheese or indeed tasty morsels of any kind. Hand finished with my own food safe, beeswax based, chopping board butter giving a deep low sheen (a small tub of the butter is also included at no extra charge with this board). Dimensions are approximately 50cm long x 32.5cm wide x 3.8cm thick.

End grain chopping boards are far kinder to your knives as you are not actually cutting the order wood fibres of the board. After use wipe down with a damp cloth or under warm running water and allow to dry and never put in hot water or a dish washer.
