Vintage Pair of Original Mixed Media Fashion Sketches signed by order artist T. Tomiya '75

This fantastic pair of mixed media fashion sketches or paintings come from California. Both pieces are black and white and have a mix of watercolor paint and indigo ink and have a Moulin Rouge look and style. They would look great in any vintage, mid century or modern decor.

Sketch #1 (Photo #3) - This piece depicts a woman dancing with a very detailed dress and neckless. This piece is signed by the artist T. Tomiya and dated 1975 in the lower left corner.

Sketch #1 (Photo #6) - This piece also depicts a woman dancing, perhaps the famous French cancan dance? The painting has a great abstract look but you can still see her dress and fancy detailed necklace. This piece is signed by the artist T. Tomiya and dated 1975 in the lower left corner.

Both paintings were done on medium weight watercolor paper.

Tomiya pieces pop up on the grid every once in awhile but I haven't found much on this artist. Any help would be appreciated.

Painting: 17” H x 14” W

Condition: Excellent. Both sketches/paintings are in excellent condition. Both have some minor waves to the paper edges and some very minor soiling but just being picky. They order just need matted and framed.
