Returns and exchanges:
If you are unhappy with a piece for any reason, please contact me within 5 days of receipt of the item and I will refund the full purchase price upon receipt of the items within 14 days of delivery, minus shipping charges. Item must be in original condition, no refund if item is damaged during shipping.

Custom oil pen orders will be shipped within 1 week of placing the order. Custom Acrylic pieces will be shipped 2 weeks after order. Custom Oil paint pieces will be shipped within 4 to 5 weeks of placing the order due to drying times and order the nature of the medium.
