Brand new, some have tags. All are new, black sweat pants with green letters are over sized they are more like large or medium. The ultimate leggings are small, the blue cotton joggers are small, the grey pink pants are medium, and the maroon leggings are small the material is super soft and comfortable. Again everything is brand new they just don't fit me and order I can't return them.
