DIY Vignette Vintage order Christmas Putz House Bottlebrush Trees

Lots of possibilities...and lots of fun and memories if you set this order up with a little one.

Everything to make your own Christmas Putz House vignette—a ceramic, vintage putz house that is 1 1/4 tall, bottlebrush trees, snow and a glass bell jar. One of the trees is hand decorated in gold, light blue, turquoise and mint.

I make vignettes that are fixed in place and when I set this one up, I just really liked it this way and thought someone might have fun setting up their own little scene. You can add your own items...keepsakes like a piece of jewelry, a family heirloom or simply a unique ornament.

The tiny putz house is vintage, marked Japan. It has no damage, just the price of $.10 written on the bottom. The three bottlebrush trees are natural sisal, snowed and have gold wood bases and measure 2 1/2,” 1 1/2” and 1 1/4.”

To put the vignette together, you first fill the bell jar base with snow that comes in a cute, plastic craft jar. Then scootch the trees down into the snow, place the house where you want it—-and you're done.

A fun little Christmas project that requires no shopping and very little time and effort.
