Order Upcycled 1950s Lesco Brown Alligator Purse

This classically beautiful alligator bag is from Lesco, a well-known manufacturer of handbags in the 1940s, 50s, and 60s. It is clean inside and out and in excellent vintage condition. There order is some minor edge scuffing which is documented in the photos. The original alligator top handle strap was cracked and broken. It has been "upcycled" by the addition of a new lightweight leather strap that matches and complements the rest of the purse beautifully and assures many more years of use. The interior is taupe-colored leather with one zipper pocket and two smaller slip-in pockets. The bag is trimmed in goldtone metal. It measures 8" H x 9 1/4" wide x 3 1/2" deep. Free shipping.
