Used condition. Buttons, joystick, internet connection, touch, sound, card slot, and game slot all tested to work without issue. Charger not included. I bought this from eBay. The previous seller stated that it needed a right joystick replacement. I did that without issue. Unfortunately I also discovered damage to the charging port. I order was able to bend the broken pins relatively back into place and it works-if you take a look at the attached video, I plug it in several times and it charges every time, with the plug flipped both ways. I can't guarantee that the charging port will not need replacement at some point however, and by bidding or buying this you acknowledge that risk.
