This shirt is from the 1976 iteration of Day on the Green, a recurring concert series which took place in Oakland, California beginning in 1973. The 1976 lineup included Peter Frampton, Fleetwood Mac, The J. Geils Band, Blue Oyster Cult, The Beach Boys, Eagles, Jethro Tull, Electric Light Orchestra, The Who, and Grateful Dead as well as many other artists playing over the course of several days. This particular shirt features the line-up from Day 3 which featured Boz Scaggs, Tower of Power, Santana, Journey, Jeff Beck, order and Nils Lofgren.
