Antique Schuco Wind up Mouse / order Vintage Joke / Fake Mouse / Mom Trick / New Old Stock

This antique "Mikifex" Mouse is made by the Schuco Toy Company from U.S. Zone Germany. The Mikifex 921 was a real hit with housewives. This version has a metal machine finish. Faint black shading. Original rubber tail. We do not have the key to this little guy. I tried it with the key from another of my listings, and wound it 3 times in the correct direction and let it run through three times. The mechanism works however It wouldn't move across the floor, I didn't order want to mess with it too much. Measures 3 1/4"x1 1/2"x1 1/2" The box is in good to excellent condition, the flaps are fragile. The mouse is in perfect not used condition, however the other 2 I had had felt ears, this one does not....I'm not sure if they were lost or not manufactured with felt. No glue or evidence of them either.
