These bowls have a small base and a flaring rim. They are perfect for eating while holding a bowl of noodles in your hand. Fingers support the bowl under the foot and find small details for touch.

The bowls are wheel-thrown on the pottery wheel, then stamped with clay bisque stamps that I made. Pressing the clay against the stamps leaves the pattern impression from the stamp and also brings a fluid line to the bowl's rim.
