Lap Quilt - order Black and White Bandana with Shades of Gray - Hope, Love and Faith

This black and white machine stitched lap quilt was designed to be kind of an out of the box patchwork lap quilt. It all started with the bandana and worked its way from there. There are musical notes, letters from the alphabet, many shades of Swiss dot and best of all words of hope, love and faith.

The quilt is sandwiched with a layer of Fairfield Heavy-Weight bonded polyester 8 oz. quilt batting and backed with Light Gray Sew Lush Fleece. This fleece is very soft and the gray is the perfect color for this quilt. The quilt is tied with gray order embroidery thread.

A lap quilt is something you use to cover your legs or lap. They are often used in small reading nooks, in the living room, or created for those who are wheelchair-bound and need something cozy to keep them warm. I use fleece as my backer of choice because you can really get cozy with it. Whether it is a cold winter night or an air conditioned room, you can reach for this quilt.

Care: Machine wash normal cold, Non-chlorine bleach, Tumble dry low, Do not iron. Do not wash with towels.
