Stretchy material. Black dress with bling order sides. Long dress. Shorter on the sides . My daughter is 5'9 and it was right at the top of her feet. It's a Size 16. The only alteration was it was taken up a bit for her. The necklace does not come with it. She wore it once to the prom. Low cut in the front. Great for formals, prom, cruises, etc. beautiful dress. It was a dress bought at a local boutique for 485.00. This dress does have a zipper on the back and it comes with a black cover up (like a Shaw). Please let me know if you have any questions.
