This was purchased from a former RCA order and NASA employees household. The last picture is the man who owned this tie. He helped to work on the camera systems on the Apollo missions. Online I found articles saying he worked on the Apollo 7 & 8 missions but it seems he could have worked on a lot more. I will post more items that I purchased from the home soon so be on the lookout!
