This looks to be a chromolithograph to me. No dots at all. Someone noted in the upper corner that it is 1900s. Was printed by Cornille Serre Paris. Has gorgeous golf illustrations. Has a fold line down the middle vertically. Has the printer named in the block in lower corner as shown. The frame is 22.5 x 18.5 approximately. Glass front. Gold wood frame. No paper on the back. Could benefit from a good cleaning.
