These very much looks like a souvenir from the original 101 Dalmatians film released in 1961.
One is not perfect, he has is a tiny chip to the tip of the nose. Pic 6. This pair is so charming it makes little difference to the over all appeal. The faces is very attractive. These measures approximately 7.5” & 8.5” T from base to top of ears. Stamped Japan on the bases as shown.
