You will fall in love with this silk charmeuse fabric. Charmeuse is very expensive silk. Here's a brief description of this fabric:

Charmeuse is a lightweight fabric woven with a satin weave, in which the warp threads cross over four or more of the backing (weft) threads. These float threads give the front of the fabric a smooth finish—lustrous and reflective—whereas the back has a dull finish.

The silk has a beautiful hand. The movement appears both slinky and ethereal. Best yet it is cut on the bias. Translating to a slimming effect and moves beautifully. There is a thick attached elastic band built inside of the garment so that when wearing, it stays in place.

This pale pink dress is simply elegant order underlining simplicity. I love the" less is more" rule. A garment like this keeps the focus on you.

Avoid having your strapless bra show by attaching the bra to the dress. This model was truly too small for the dress, hence, it has dropped down on her. lol. If a bra is attached then the elastic of the bra will help keep the dress up. A little tip from the trade. The pleated bust is lined. The skirting of the dress is not.
