Synthetic sparkle fabric overlay with a 100% cotton pastel tie dye printed fabric underskirt. The top layer is a synthetic sparkle fabric overlay for a dreamy appearance overall. The layer underneath is made out of 100% cotton printed pastel tie dye and stars fabric.
