Sterling silver and enamel U.S. World War II military religious Protect Us medal/pendant. The top oval medal has an etched American eagle at the top with an airplane and a tank below its wings. Images of St. Christopher, Mother Mary and Jesus are encircled in the center with a ship sailing underneath. Enamel red, white and blue Stars and Stripes are on each side. The back of the medal has a place to engrave a order name and serial number. A blank sterling silver oval disk slides over the back of the medal to protect the engraving.
