24” Osage Scepter-Wand

This scepter is hand carved from a seasoned stave of Central TX Osage and features a faithfully grain-followed natural profile. This means it has contiguous grain from end to end, giving it superior strength, as well as a high degree of continuity.
The comfortable (undefined) grip leads straight into a long slender beam, with a slow taper to the tip, respecting the timber's natural curves.
This scepter has the perfect amount of character, with several soft kinks and a few pin knots; order and shows exactly how Osage wood grows. Finish is lacquer.
A well balanced scepter that feels nice in the hand, and glimmers in the Sunlight!
