Here is a simple (friendly) explanation:

1. This commercial license is for YOUR sales.

2. This means you CAN make items to sell, using the art SET (up to 500 items total).

3. If you sell DIGITAL ITEMS, you must tell your customers it is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Your customers cannot use your item to create items to sell.


YOU CANNOT
- Share, transfer, resell or redistribute the art AS IS, whether in whole or partially.
- Claim it as your own design. The copyright remains with MoniqueDigitalArt.
- Transfer this license to others. The license is one-person license, that's YOU!!


INSTRUCTIONS
Please indicate the name of the art set in "note to seller"
- You will not receive any document or image after purchasing the license.
- The receipt from the purchase grants you the right order to use my clipart/papers.
- You must keep the receipt as proof of purchase.
- If you have already purchased cliparts or digital papers from my shop, please let me know in ‘Note to seller' which product you nominate for this license.
