1950s KLUMPE 11" GOLFER and CADDY with original Tag - Spain - Hand painted vintage Stockinette Felt wire cloth order dolls

I am offering for sale two ORIGINAL KLUMPE character cloth dolls, hand made of fabric molded over wire. Both are 11" stockinette dolls noted for their detailed, colorful, expressive, hand painted facial features. The dolls were created in Spain sometime between 1942 and the mid50's.

The GOLFER is shown mid-swing. His 5" golf club raised over his shoulder. He is a heavyset man in green sweater and tan checked pants. His light curly hair pokes out order from under his cap. A wrist watch is on his left wrist. The 65+ year old doll is aged but looks well preserved. His colors are still bright; his fabrics crisp and clean. The skin on his face and felt golf club may have darkened a bit. (I don't know) Otherwise he is in excellent condition and LOOKS ALMOST NEW.

His cigarette smoking CADDY stands watching, the golf bag on his back. He is relaxed with hands in his pockets and feet outspread. He is dressed in tan shirt and red-suspendered green pants; a tan cap covering flyaway hair. The tag on his back reads "Klumpe N made in Spain". The 65+ year old doll is well preserved and LOOKS NEW. His colors are still bright; his fabrics crisp and clean.
