Included is both Melissa & Doug and miscellaneous other doll house toys. Several miniature pieces of tableware, books and hangables. All large furniture is Melissa & Doug and includes the stamps on the bottom. Please note that some of these have been well played with and may have some scuffs. Most notable pieces with damage: Vanity has one of the beams missing order (pictured) Bathtub has some chipping in the paint both inside and outside. Hutch is missing one of the squares to the doors (pictured) Sink Drawer has a flaw in the hinge (pictured) Horse Photo/Painting has some damage to it Perfumes have one that is loose and one that is missing. Dolls: Some missing clothing & obvious play with hair (pictured) Most of these items are still easily functional and great for play. Comes from a non-smoking, pet friendly home.
