Vintage 1940s Black Hat with Brim order

Classic vintage 1940s hat will make you feel like a character in Casablanca. The front brim folds back a little and the back curls up. There a a few little ruff spots on the brim but so small they may not show up in pictures.
The tag on the inside says 22.
From one side to the other side of hat is 13” when I measure from underneath.
From one side to the other side of hat is 16" when I measure over the top.
From one side of the crown to the other side of crown is 9.5”.
The circle on the inside measures 21.5.”
