Buckle seems to be sturdy but should have 4 screws - Leather on strap is quite worn, plenty of life left but is dry and has surface cracking and a bend at the top from being stored hung - Bag fabric has a slight sticky feel. It's not dirty; it's a common issue with Fendi purses made of this material when they have been exposed to something too hot. The coating on it becomes sticky.
