Full Moon with Mushrooms order and Ferns

Handmade original woodburned art with oyster mushrooms and ferns under a starry night sky and full moon. Burned order on slab of live edge wood with natural moss.

My process-
First, I create my own original design. Next, I sand the wood in three stages to create an optimal surface for burning. After sanding, I use carbon paper to transfer my design onto the wood. I then burn the image using a pyrography burner, then use a Dremel to carve the stars. I use no lasers or computerized machines to automate this process. Each item is completely unique and made by hand in my small home studio in Leander, Texas. Note that strong direct sunlight exposure will fade burned art over time.
