Beautiful black velvet Givenchy dress with ruffles around the collar and at the cuffs.
Made in France.
Size on label is a French 40. The measurements are below so you can compare to an item you own.
Closes with a zip down the front (stops 30 cm / 11.8" from hem).
Three buttons on each cuff. Ruffles can be worn as in the pictures or folded back on the velvet part.
Givenchy logo on the lining.
Padded at the shoulders.

Inside label indicates it is 79% cotton and 21% modal. Dry clean only.
Lining 100% acetate.

Damage in the velvet at the front as can be seen in the photographs.
Vintage item so tiny imperfections and signs of wear are to be expected.
