Some items are cleaned and reconditioned prior to listing in our store, others are left in “as found” condition and that will be noted. We do not always know if an item came from a smoker's or pet owner's home, if you have questions regarding a particular item, please feel free to contact us for more information. If you make a purchase with us and for some reason are not satisfied, please let us know! We do have a 30 Day Return policy. It does require you to pay return shipping and the item returned must be in the same condition as it was when we shipped it originally.

We ship the majority of our items via USPS and use a combination of flat rate boxes and recycled boxes depending on the size and weight of an item. We work to find the least expensive, yet safe way to get the item(s) you have chosen from our place to yours. We will also combine shipping of multiple items purchased to save you on the shipping.
