He moves his hat to cover his eyes while dancing and singing. He does not put it on top of his head I'm not sure if order it is supposed to do that or not. Sings dances and lights up perfectly with 4 AA batteries not included. Missing top of battery cover. No original box. It appears there is another way to get power to it but I do not have that cord.
