All rugs we sell are in exquisite to very good condition, have a new hand wash and are ready to use.


All of our rugs, carpets and kilims are original vintage or antique pieces. They are hand washed and ready to use. All rugs are used and have appropriate condition to their age. Stronger signs of use are separately listed. If you have any questions about the item or need additional images – I will be glad to help and assist you in your purchase.

Our rugs are shipped from Germany.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please note: Any customs fees, taxes and/or duties incurred at the time of delivery are not included and are the sale responsibility of the buyer. Purchases above 1000.00 USD will need an extra export declaration form from German customs – please add 2 extra days for delivery.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days after delivery. We will request you to ship back the item the same way / carrier we shipped at customer's expense. We will refund the buying price minus our shipping costs.

IMPORTANT - We are shipping by UPS. Since beginning of November, UPS has delays with shipping to USA from Germany. Some parcels are not moving for almost a week in the export center at Cologne Airport. This seems to be caused by rising numbers of the COVID pandemic, quarantine and availability of working staff.

We ship our parcels out on the given time and do everything possible to be on time, but we have no infuence on the transfer time of the parcels once they left our store.
It looks like these delays will be here to stay for a while, parcels will take longer until they are delivered.

Please excuse this inconvenience.
