Three African women bearing fruit balanced on their heads. One of the main themes in the art of Ancient Africa is the human form. The primary subject in the majority of the art is people. Among the Yoruba in southwestern Nigeria, the head is the wellspring of wisdom and seat of divine power (àse).

Canvas measures 13 x 17 inches, including 1.5 inch border. Stitchable area appr. 10 x 13.7 inches. Stitch count about 23,153.
