This wonderful rare Pyrex pattern features black Penn-Dutch type Roosters in a garden setting with sunflowers, smaller plants and a stylized sun on an opal white Space Saver size casserole. Here is a vintage Mid-Century promotional Pyrex Rectangular Space Saver Casserole Dish with no lid, from 1958. This 2 QT. size 575-B piece measures about 6 ¾” across at the top, 11 ¾” across the handles, and 2 5/8" high. It has a semi-gloss black color printing in the retired BLACK ROOSTER design which features Pennsylvania Dutch style sunflowers, smaller plants, and stylized sun bursts. The dish has no chips, cracks, or hairlines and displays only minimal signs of use so, please, use the photos to help you judge condition for yourself.
