SHIPPING POLICIES

I use USPS Priority Mail/FedEx as my shipping carrier. It takes approximately 2-5 business days depending on the destination.
All of the wreaths are packed with care to make sure they don't arrive damaged but if they do please contact me immediately to discuss a resolution. If package is lost (let's hope it will not happen!) please file a claim with shipping carrier. Backyard Design Studio cannot be held responsible for lost packages by shipping carrier.
I provide order a tracking number with all orders shipped. PLEASE make sure you provide an accurate address. If package is returned to Backyard Design Studio due to wrong address , buyer is responsible for shipping it back.
