Primitive Halloween : Oops! order Witch in Caldron

Well, I think the witch had too much witch's brew. This was such a fun pattern to make. This is approx. 16" high, 15" deep and 10" wide. No two are alike due to positioning of witch in the pot and the color of her cheese cloth around the hat band and her wrists. They are all adorable however.

All is sewn of muslin and stuffed with polyfil. The caldron, witch's hat, shoes and cape are all painted black. She has on a purple dress, rusty bells on her shoes and spider on her cape. The caldron sits on 3 legs and was sprinkled with cinnamon and then sprayed with a sealer.

I painted her eyes brown and lips red. She has gray sheep's wool for hair and order her nose was sculpted. I stained a tag and placed a vintage Halloween picture on it and hung it off her arm. You can remove it if you like.
