Order Mid-Century German Fat Lava Vase by Carsten's Tönnieshof Model 1507-27

This West German fat lava vase, model number 1707-27, is made by the famous art pottery producer Carsten's Tönnieshof. It has a striped base pattern in brown and a typical 1950s decor of abstract figures in red and white on a green background. The inside is glazed in a striking glossy blue color.

In good vintage condition. No cracks, no chips. One glazing flaw on the order upper rim (see photo). Some minor signs of wear du to age (see photos).

Dimension: height 27 cm/ 11", width with handle 20 cm/ 8", diameter top 7.5 cm/ 3", diameter base 9.5 cm/ 4".
