Love order Token-Cherbourg

order This is a Victorian love token engraved with the sentiment “Many Happy Returns” and the French City Cherbourg with the date: 8-28-99. (1899) it caused me to go back and watch the movie “The Umbrellas of Cherbourg” a very poignant story.
These types of sentimental love tokens with dates are very rare. The reverse is very worn but I believe it to be a Canadian dime.
