Order Handmade, hand carved Salt and Pepper stoneware set with tray by Karen James

This is a whimsical salt and pepper set, handmade from stoneware, and carved using a method called sgraffito. The tray the shakers sit on hold a quote by order Mary Oliver that says, "If you are in the garden, I will dress myself in leaves." Each piece is food, dishwasher, and microwave safe. A cork on the bottom of each shaker allows for the filling of the shakers. They could, of course, be used with any dried, ground spice. The tray could be used to hold cheese and crackers, or any snack as well.
